The center and beautiful bathing lake and outdoor pool of Brixen can be reached on foot. The main gondolas of Brixen (400 m) take you to the extensive ski area of ​​Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The cross-country ski run is 350 m away.

In summer, there are many other activities besides hiking and cycling. A riding stable, golf courses and various outdoor sports organizations are located nearby. The apartment with large Hall, 2 bedrooms and bathroom has a cozy living / dining room with dishwasher, TV with Sat TV  channels.
